We strive to make the professional photography experience as effortless and easy-going for you. Our photographers will capture 2-3 beautiful shots of each room for your property with expert precision; then our team of skillful editors takes it up from there! Quickly after that, within 24 hours on average, you’ll receive an email containing all the enhanced photos - the number of images varies based on how large is your space.

Ensure your photoshoot goes off without a hitch by scheduling and completing all the necessary housekeeping, cleaning, and laundry services ahead of time! Let's make sure everything is polished before we dive into capturing those perfect shots.
A photoshoot lasts up to 1 hour. We ask that your house is photoshoot-ready by 8:00 AM the day of the scheduled appointment.
You’ll receive your photos within 24 hours of the shoot!
Once you’re connected with a photographer, you will receive an email introducing you to your photographer and inviting you to schedule your photoshoot. After the shoot, your photos will be enhanced to make sure everything looks just right.
We ask our photographers to capture 2-3 images of each room offered in the listing. If there are areas that you want to emphasize, let your photographer know in your messages.
It depends on the location of the property and the distance from our base of operations. If the property is located within a 50 miles radius of Dallas, there will be no additional travel fee. If the property is located outside of this radius, we charge a travel fee of $50 to cover the cost of transportation.
