Photography
We are committed to providing timely service to our clients. We provide the finished photos to the property owner or agent within a specified turnaround time, typically within 24 hours. The photos will be delivered digitally via Pixieset to the provided email
We are willing to travel to properties within a certain distance of our base of operations. If a property is located outside of this radius, we charge an additional travel fee of $50 if the property is located 50 miles beyond the radius of Dallas.
We retain the copyright to the photos we take, but we grant the property owner or agent a license to use the photos for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes the right to use the photos on websites, social media, and other marketing materials.
We use professional-grade cameras and lenses to capture clear, detailed images of each property. We also use advanced editing software to enhance the images and make them look their best.
We respect the property owner's or agent's wishes. If the property owner or agent has specific requests or preferences regarding the photography, we will do our best to accommodate them.
We respect the property owner's or agent's time and schedule. We will arrive on time for photography sessions and work efficiently to minimize disruptions to the property.
We strongly recommend that the property owner or agent declutter the property before the photography session. This means removing any personal items, such as family photos and collections, as well as any clutter or debris.
We can provide guidance on how to declutter and stage the property for the best possible photos. This may include arranging furniture, removing clutter from countertops and surfaces, and making sure the property is clean and well-maintained. View our guide here
If the property owner or agent is unable or unwilling to declutter the property before the photography session, we will do our best to capture the property in a way that minimizes clutter and distractions. However, please note that the final photos may not be as aesthetically pleasing as they could be if the property was decluttered.
We understand that sometimes plans can change, and we allow for one rescheduled photography session at no additional cost. If you need to reschedule your photography session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance so that we can accommodate your new schedule. Any additional rescheduling will incur a rescheduling fee. This fee will be determined based on the amount of notice given and the availability of our photographers. If you need to cancel your photography session, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee

Videography
We understand the importance of timely delivery of our services to our clients. To ensure we always meet our commitments to our customers, we plan all shoots in advance and schedule projects with plenty of time for editing and post-production work. All projects must be completed on or before the agreed-upon deadline unless there are extenuating circumstances that require an extension.

Our team is committed to providing a clean and professional atmosphere at all times while on location. We ask that locations are clean and debris free prior to each shoot so that we can provide the best service possible. Additionally, should any equipment need to be moved during setup, we expect clients to return it back to its original state once filming is complete.
We take pride in delivering high-quality videos for our clients and as such require minimal distractions throughout the duration of each shoot. During filming, no extra people should be present unless necessary for the production process, such as talent or crew members. It is also imperative that loud noises or conversations do not take place near the set that may disrupt recording efforts.
If due to unforeseen circumstances a scheduled shoot needs to be rescheduled, we ask that notification is made at least 24 hours prior to the session’s start time so that adjustments can be made accordingly without impacting timelines or budgets too severely. Any rescheduling requests made within 24 hours are subject to an additional fee depending on Luxnova Media’s availability at those new dates & times requested by the client.
